After the oxygen experience I really needed to eat. Top of The World restaurant provided great food and a spectacular view!
Pauline was my dining host for the 10 a.m. brunch. I sipped my Starbuck’s coffee mesmerized by the ostentatious scene surrounding me I felt at ease with the world. The Top of World dining room rotated 360 degrees every 45 minutes. As the world turned I spied a glorious site: Art masquerading as desserts!
Breakfast was served, a Frittata Italian omelet mixed with zucchini, onions, and potatoes topped with gorgonzala cheese, a very delicious combination. I went a little overboard with the sides mound of bacon strips and rosemary potatoes. It was too much food but very yummy.
The morning was quiet and enjoyable, of course it was still a workday. Service was pleasant even though I was a lone diner. My coffee cup was never dry and I was left to gaze out the window at the magnificent view of the mountains of Las Vegas. Top of The World lives up to their reputation in elevating your taste buds and your senses.
