Very Cheeky Cheese from Britain Imported Sausages by Molinari

Pasta Mia - Color is beautiful Nielsen Massey Vanillas - Beth Bitzegaio

I finally digested the entire European Import Food Show. Wow it was a great event. I thank Jeremy Furrer, Sizzle Events, for getting me a ticket and having Chef Miles and Alfred look after me.

Here are some more observations:
Meats, Cheeses, Pastas, Spices
Peppadew – sweet hot pepper chevre was excellent.
Cabot Raspberry Tarts – Cabot extra sharp cheddar topped with Helo Raspberry jam was outstanding!

Susy Foster made me a multi-meat rollup with roasted spicy tomato. I’m not a fan of mixing meats but the quality of these sausages was excellent.

All Natural Free Range Lamb It was very fresh tasting.

Mike Masuyama had me sample White Soy, which is a very interesting. It’s considered traditional yet new.

Cheese from Britain – A very cheeky bunch but I love British humor. The Stilton, Thomas Hoe Stevenson was very smooth and tasty. I learned how the blue gets infused. Literally small holes are made in the cheese to allow the cheese to breathe to create the mold.

Francis Ford Coppola – Pleasantly surprised to see Coppola expands into sauce, pasta, vinaigrette, oil all organic!

Pasta Mia – Italian Pasta Specialties – I sampled sage ravioli filled with pumpkin, which was excellent. I love pasta!
