Every Sunday, I have brunch with my parents. My father actually does all of the cooking. He even sets the table which is remarkable for him. He prepares his favorites breakfast meals such as eggs with bacon and toast.
I have to tell you he makes a delicious crepe. There are usually two types of toppings strawberry, blueberry, and or apricot. Additionally filling includes ricotta cheese. They are so incredibly light and very tasty. Whatever type of cookware he is using allows the crepe simply slide off of the pan and on the plate.
He also makes very tasty Spanish omelet with hash browns that have a slight touch of cinnamon.
I look forward to Sundays because of this.
