Long overdue on posting! I’m finally free to continue exploring Daily Eats. The past 4 years were not wasted on working alone, I had time to work through the bad, poor, better and best of creating an omelet. My philosophy about eating an omelet is anytime. My favorite version is thin, yellow with lots of veggies served with 7-grain gluten-free toast. Here are some of my successes and failures. Enjoy!
